Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information where available.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, and 23 additional countries.

For select international destinations, we also offer Canada Post shipping with a choice of 6 service levels. Transit time and cost for these services are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package details. Where available, prepaid duties may be offered at checkout so you can pay applicable customs duties and taxes upfront rather than upon delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sunny Sisters Prints is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Where prepaid duties are available and selected at checkout, applicable customs duties and taxes will be collected at the time of purchase; otherwise, you may be required to pay these fees directly to the customs office or courier upon delivery.

We are not liable for any delays caused by customs processing in your destination country.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Damages

Sunny Sisters Prints is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or us directly at info@sunnysistersprints.com to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office first, then contact us at info@sunnysistersprints.com so we can help investigate.
